Coaching is carried out face to face or by telephone.
This means that no matter where you are, it's possible to get coaching where and when you need it and without having to travel into the bargain. It is 100% focused on clients achieving their goals as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

The first consultation is free of charge.
I call you at a mutually agreed time which will provide us with the opportunity to discuss various possibilities of how to work together. Because you'll see results fairly quickly, coaching does not need to go on and on. I suggest a minimum 4 sessions but normally no more than 6. The duration of the coaching is in your hands. I will hold you to account for taking action in between calls. After all, a plan is only useful when you put it into action -otherwise it amounts to nothing more than a good intention ;-)
